Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

  • Prepare and review contracts, tenders, and procurement documentation.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, Cost X, or similar).
