Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Responsible for branch related PSD activities
- Set up order structure in PSD in alignment with contract conditions (CSS)
- Order entry
- Assess continuity between contract, CSS and PSD order
- Transfer material from new to used when necessary
- Process backorders in PSD with status updates to team
- Review and process excess with Logistics Manager
- Prepare invoice, print return ticket and advise sales on repair/replacement cost and obtain approval to invoice
- Short-term order management
Availability checks, allocations and substitutions through cross-departmental cooperation
- Complete job transfers and buyouts
- Delivery & return tickets
- CaRe assessment & billing preparation
- Scrap billing preparation
- Inventory taking
- Customer database maintenance
- Support logistics in PSD related tasks (ex. Consumption, new-toused, modification, repair bookings etc.)
- Basic project management (ex. Project closeout, jobsite material movements etc.)
- Advise internal and external customers on optimal billing models
- Coordinate with customers regarding deliveries and returns (Maintaining data accuracy in PSD and delivery calendar)
- Receive customer complaints & facilitate appropriate action
- Coordinate consumable sales order fulfillment
Responsible for office management (paperwork, filing etc.)
Goals:
- Ensure a positive customer experience through the professional and accurate preparation, fulfilment, billing of customer projects
- Lead order processing to adequately support customers, sales, engineering and logistics
- Execute order management activity in accordance with guidelines and OTC process
- Ensure the best possible customer service through professional customer interaction and support Project Management of key projects through internal and external reporting.
- Ensure timely customer complaint resolution
- Ensure compliance with Group Directives and company policies
- Be the business excellence ambassador to ensure continuous improvement of the company's service delivery and competitiveness in the market, whilst maintaining strong customer relations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Professionalism
- High Commercial Awareness
- Very Good IT Skills – Microsoft, SAP, Warehouse System, etc.
- Experience in Customer Service
- Experience in working in an office setting
- Continuous improvement focused
- Fluent in English
