Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time real estate Sales Executive to carry out various duties and to establish a strong network of connections within the industry. Responsibilities will include soliciting and managing clients for buying, and selling homes and properties, as well as negotiating and brokering real estate transactions. The Sales Executive will also be required to attend industry events and conferences, and apply marketing strategies to improve sales.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Managing clients and leads assigned to the Sales Executive
- Generating and managing properties transactions.
- Collaborating with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys, and other external stakeholders involved in various real estate transactions.
- Soliciting clients by promoting the brokerage, networking, marketing, and offering real estate services to prospective clients.
- Providing information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability to clients.
- Partnering with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties within the identified target market.
- Negotiating between buyers and sellers to facilitate contractual agreements that are in the best interests of all parties involved.
- Educating and constantly monitoring their agents.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareÂ
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical information in a clear manner
- Experience in sales or customer service
Location:Â Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1
Remuneration: NGNÂ 200,000 monthly
- Transaction Commissions: 0.5%-1.5%
