Job Summary
This position will actively drive the sales of properties in our portfolio and sign up new developments into our collection of properties. The candidate must have a track record of successfully closed luxury real estate deals and a rich pool of quality HNI’s while working for diverse real estate sales/brokerage companies.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover appropriate property suggestions and proffer alternative properties within the organization’s holdings where clients’ specifications are unavailable.
- Assisting sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers.
- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.
- Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
- Appraise the value of properties by working closely with the research team for current information in the industry.
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale.
- Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys, and other external stakeholders.
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
- Act as a liaison in purchasing agreements between buyers and sellers regarding property prices and settlement details.
- Rent or manage rental properties.
- Appraise properties on behalf of the seller.
- Supervising property showings
- Reporting results and feedback of the sales
- Helping buyers locate properties within their desired geographical area, price range and other criteria.
- Assisting buyers with visiting properties
- Working with buyers during the sale.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or Arts.
- Proven working experience (At least 3 years) as a Real Estate Broker.
- Proven track record of closed deals.
- Knowledgeable about the property market and best practices.

- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Good contract writing abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
- Strong team player with the ability to supervise a team of agents.
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation

- Basic knowledge of MS Office
Remuneration: A commission on sales and a guaranteed monthly net pay of NGN 250,000.
